The countdown to the New Year has begun, as the final hours of 2023 are ticking away!
Dutch New Year’s Eve is often marked by coziness with family and/or friends and various activities.

Fireworks are, of course, a significant part of the New Year celebrations. Several municipalities organize firework displays for their residents, but setting off fireworks oneself remains incredibly popular. Similarly, carbide shooting is common in the northern and eastern parts of the Netherlands.

On behalf of Global Relocation Compass, we raise the champagne glass in advance: Wishing you a splendid 2024, make it a fantastic year in good health!
